气液分离冷凝器是一种新型管翅式平行流冷凝器。选取相同传热面积的蛇形冷凝器与气液分离冷凝器进行热力性能对比,通过实验测得了气液分离冷凝器的热力性能,采用经验公式计算出蛇形冷凝器的热力性能,采用最小熵增数和炯损对两种冷凝器进行了综合性能的评价。结果表明:在空气和制冷剂的进口状态和质量流量相同的条件下,在制冷剂面积质量流量为448.5~644.7kg/(m2·s),且空气体积流量分别为427和764m3/h时,气液分离冷凝器的熵增数比蛇形冷凝器分别低10.4%~30.2%和6.5%~23.7%,炯损失低14.1%~29.7%和8.7%~23.8%,可见气液分离冷凝器的综合性能优于蛇形冷凝器。
Liquid-vapor separated condenser (LSC) is a novel fin-and-tube parallel flow condenser. The thermodynamic characteristics of the LSC was compared with a serpentine condenser (SC) having the same heat transfer area. The data for the LSC were obtained by the experiments while the data for the SC were from the theoretical calculation. They were evaluated by the minimum entropy generation number and exergy loss. The results showed that the entropy generation numbers of the LSC were 10.4%-30.2% and 6.5%-23.7% less than the SC respectively when the refrigerant mass flux ranging from 448.5 kg/(m2 · s) to 644.7 kg/(m2 · s), for air mass fluxes of 427 ma/h and 764 ma/h. In addition, the exergy losses of the LSC were less by 14.1%-29.7% and 8.7%-23.8% than the SC respectively at the air mass fluxes of 427 m3/h and 764 m3/h. The comprehensive performances of Liquid-vapor separated condenser were shown better than that of the serpentine condenser.
