以空调联箱多支管件为研究目标,探索适合生产多个支管的顺序液压成形方法。运用有限元方法对变形过程进行模拟,通过分析不同成形方案支管的高度和壁厚的分布情况,由此得出最佳的工艺方案。结果表明:运用顺序液压成形方法生产空调联箱多支管是可行的,支管的高度和数目都能达到要求。
Taking the multi-way tube on air hundling unit as research object,the suitable ordinal hydro-forming method to produce the multi-way tubes was found out.Utilizing the finite element method to simulate the deformation process,through analyzing the distribution laws of branch height and the thickness of the different process schemes,the best one was revealed.Results show that the ordinal hydro-forming method for air hundling unit is feasible,and the requirements for tubes height and quantity can be met.
