对旋转对称支承板机座的支承板进行了参数化建模,并建立了旋转对称支承板机座支承板的优化设计模型。利用ANSYS对机座支承板进行了尺寸优化分析,通过支承板相关尺寸的优化分析得到了影响机座刚度最敏感的部分是支承板宽度,同时通过改变支承板宽度尺寸得到了支承板宽度与机座径向刚度的变化关系。
In this paper, the parameterization model and optimal design model of rotational symmetric struts support are established. Size optimization is used for rotational symmetric struts support by ANSYS. The most sensitive part of the symmetric struts support is the width, which is obtained by size optimization. Meanwhile, the relationship between the struts width and support stiffness is found by changing the symmetric struts width.
