考虑高温气体对燃气轮机旋转对称支承机座的作用,利用计算流体动力学软件CFX对支承板机座进行热流固耦合分析,并运用Workbench进行热固耦合计算。通过变换热气通道进口温度的计算方法,得到变工况条件下旋转对称支承板机座表面温度场分布,进而得到变工况下机座的热变形、热应力的变化关系。研究结论具有一定的理论意义和实用价值。
The role of high-temperature gas on rotational symmetric struts support was considered. Flux solid coupling analysis of the struts support was made by computational fluid dynamics software CFX. Then heat solid coupling calculation was done by Work- bench. By calculation method transforming inlet temperature of heat channel, the distribution of temperature field of rotational symmet- ric struts support under partial load was gotten. Then the relationship between thermal deformation and thermal stress of the struts sup- port under the partial load was gotten. The research results have certain theoretical si~aificance and practical value.
