首先,对旋转对称支承板机座进行了参数化建模与有限元分析,得到了相关参考观测点的变形量,从而得到了机座的径向刚度和扭转刚度。其次,通过循环变换支承板4个主要参数(长度、宽度、厚度、角度),得到了4个主要参数与机座径向刚度和扭转刚度之间的变化关系,并且分析了4个主要参数对刚度的重要性。随着支承板倾角、宽度、厚度的增加机座的径向刚度和扭转刚度而增大,随着支承板长度的增加而减小,并且从各自的变换趋势来看,长度和宽度方向接近线性关系,角度和厚度方向接近非线性关系。对机座刚度影响最大的是支承板的宽度,其次是角度、厚度,而影响最小的是支承板的长度。
Firstly,a parameterization model of rotational symmetric struts support has been established,based on which the finite element analysis has been carried out.Secondly,by circulating 4 main parameters(length,width,thickness,angle),the variations between 4 main parameters and radial and torsional stiffness has been obtained,as well as the importance of 4 main parameters to stiffness has been analyzed.In addition the radial and torsional stiffness of support would increase with increasing of tilt angle,width and thickness of struts,but decrease with the increasing of struts length.From the changing trend point of view,it closes to linear relationship in length and width direction,but non-linear relationship in angle and thickness direction.The greatest impact on the stiffness of support is struts width,and then angle and thickness,but struts length impacts the least.
