反义长链非编码RNA(10ngnon-codingRNA,lncRNA)是一类与其它转录物序列互补的内源性lncRNA。它们通过转录抑制、染色质重塑、核内RNA.RNA相互作用和胞浆RNA.RNA相互作用等机制,在转录及转录后水平调控靶基因的表达。反义lncRNA参与了X染色体失活、基因组印记及一些疾病的发生和发展过程,有希望成为疾病治疗的新靶点。
Antisense long non-coding RNAs (IncRNAs) are non-coding RNAs with their sequences complementarily to other transcripts. This type of IncRNA regulates gene expression at either transcriptional or post-transcriptional level through a variety of biological mechanisms including transcription interference, RNA-DNA interaction (chromatin remodeling), RNA-RNA interaction in the nucleus and in the cytoplasm. Antisense IncRNAs are involved in X-chromosome inactivation, genomic imprinting and some diseases' occurrence and development. At the same time, these mechanisms provide a theoretical basis for antisense IncRNA as a therapeutic target.
