With the change of teaching materials and teaching methods, it is necessary to optimize the experimental teaching content, improve the experimental teaching effect and so on. Aiming at the fewer credit hours and low laboratory equipment utilization rate, we should optimize teaching content, teaching means and teaching methods, thus broadening students＇ vision and increasing their interest by comprehensive design of experiments.
