在城市发展进程中，历史街区成为旧城改造的重点，而空间形态又是历史街区古为今用成败的关键。文章以福州三坊七巷历史街区为例，通过对南后街、坊巷、水巷里弄三者空间形态的分析解读，分别提出和研究三者空间形态的优化设计方法，并总结经验，以期让历史街区真正得以传承和创新，从而完善城市风貌特色，提高城市的空间和生活品质。

Historic district become the key point of the transformation of the old city during the process of urban development,while spatial form is the key to success or failure to make historic district serve the present.Taking^San Fang Oi Xiang”as an example,this paper proposes and researches the optimal design methods of three space forms respectively by analyzing and reading three space forms of South Street,lanes and alleys,water lane,,and sums up the experiences in order to make historic district truly inherited also innovative,so as to perfect the urban style and features,improve the quality of the urban space and life.
