用荧光光谱、紫外可见吸收光谱、原子力显微镜表征了在55℃的条件下分别溶解12min、30min、80min的聚辛基芴甲苯溶液通过旋涂法制备的薄膜。结果表明用溶解时间较短的条件制备的薄膜内有平均尺寸约为120nm×80nm的凝胶团,这使荧光光谱呈现部分卢相发光。当溶解时间增长后薄膜完全呈现非晶相发光,薄膜内部凝胶团消失。而用溶剂熏蒸处理或加热退火处理后薄膜中凝胶团的结构依旧存在,且含有残留凝胶团的薄膜对应的荧光较弱。这些结果说明溶液中的残留凝胶对薄膜的发光性能有负面的影响。
This paper characterized the spin coating thin film made of polyoctylfluorene (PFO) toluene solution which be dissolved for 12min, 30min and 50min respectively under the 55℃ by photoluminescence spectra,UV-Visible spectra and atomic force microscope. The results indicate that the PFO thin film made of solution dissolving for shorter time contains large gel particles with average size of 120nm× 80nm, which lead to partly β phase photoluminescence. When dissolving time become longer,large particles disappear and the photoluminescence spectra was totally of amorphous phase. After solvent vapor treatment or thermo annealing the residual gel particle structure still remain,which decrease photoluminescence. These results indicate that the residual gel in the solution has negative effects on luminous property of film.
