Guo Xiaobing, is currently a Ph.D. candidate of Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese A- cademy of Sciences. He is a senior manager in Lenovo Research. His current research interests include delay/disruptive-tolerant networks, re-source sharing and resource management in heterogeneous net- works, collaborative computing and sea-cloud computing. Liu Min, is currently an associate professor and Ph.D. supervisor at the Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Her current research interests include delay/disrup- tive-tolerant networks, mobility management （in-cluding handoff management and location management）, wire- less resource management.
