采用现场调查和室内人工环境模拟试验相结合的方法,针对硫酸盐侵蚀环境下隧道衬砌结构损伤机制及其力学性能演化规律进行研究。结果表明:隧道衬砌结构损伤受赋存环境、结构特点、防水能力以及材料本身质量等因素的综合影响,主要损伤形式可分为结构开裂剥落、渗漏滤析(结晶)和腐蚀变质3种,对应的损伤机制分别为结晶侵蚀性物理损伤、溶蚀性化学损伤以及综合型损伤3类。随着侵蚀时间的延长,隧道衬砌混凝土表面结晶面积、剥落程度、裂缝宽度均表现为发散型二次曲线特征;衬砌结构变形、内力均随之增大,结构刚度整体下降,承载能力呈抛物线形式衰减。
Adopting the combined method of investigation in-situ and artificial environmental test indoor, the damage mechanism and evolution law of mechanical property of tunnel lining structure suffering sulfate ambient were studied. The results show that the main damage forms of tunnel lining structure effected by occurrence environment, characteristic of structure, waterproof ability and quality of material can be divided into structure cracking and spalling, leakage filtration, degradation and corrosion, and the crystal area, degree of spalling and development of crack present as divergent and increasing type conic. Its damage mechanism is closely related to structure position, from which the damage mechanism can be divided into physical damage by crystal erosion, dissolution chemical damage and comprehensive damage. The deformation and inner force of lining structure increase with erosion time, but the whole stiffness decreases, and the bearing capacity decays as quadratic curve.
