Integrating the excellence of FORTRAN and C# , Dynamic Link Library technology is used to achieve mixed language programming with FORTRAN and C# , and the key issues are soluted. At the same time, to achive the dual purpose of efficient computation and rapid development, the core finite element analysis programs of underground structures are restructured to DLL files which can be derectly called in C# programming environment. This provided a effective way for the integration of finite element software development.
