通过既有隧道研究成果的归纳分析,重点对6种非支护因素开展研究,运用正交试验设计原理,设计了16种实验工况,并进行了数值建模分析,进一步通过对交叉点位置新建隧道开挖前后既有隧道的拱项下沉、喷层轴力和二次衬砌应力的极差分析,探讨不同因素对立体交叉隧道施工的影响显著程度。研究结果表明:围岩条件、交叉角度和净距分别是影响立体交叉隧道施工的重要因素,且实例证明其与实际结果相符,可作为工程设计和施工的重要依据。
There are many factors which can influence the excavation of crossing railway tunnel. Six nonsupporting factors were selected by means of summarizing the existing research results, and 16 kinds of operating modes were designed by orthogonal experiment design, then the numerical calculation model was established to funther analyze the calculation results through range analysis. The results included crown settlement, spray axial force and lining stress in the cross range before and after excavate the existing tunnel. And the influence extent of different factors to the excavation of crossing tunnel was discussed. The results show that the main factors which influence the exca- vation of crossing tunnel are tunnel interval, rock conditions and cross angle. Through practical projects the re- search can be verified, and this results can be referred in practical designing and construction.
