依据已有的研究报道,阐述了家蚕丝素蛋白材料在特定溶液环境中的矿化诱导能力,介绍利用仿生生物矿化技术制备羟基磷灰石/丝素蛋白复合材料的方法以及复合材料的种类和生物相容性,为制备性能优良的丝素蛋白生物矿化材料应用于骨损伤的治疗和修复等提供借鉴。
Based on existing research results,this paper elaborated the induced mineralization capability of silkworm(Bombyx mori) silk fibroin material in specific solutions and described preparation,types and biocompatibility of hydroxyapatite/silk fibroin composite materials through bionic biological mineralization technology,providing good references for preparing silk fibroin bio-mineralized materials with excellent characters to be applied in bone tissue repair and replacement.
