Ecological capital is one of the main elements for social and economic development, and the non- reduction of ecological capital stock is the foundation to protect ecological environment and maintain sustainable economic and social development. This paper analyzes the relationship between ecological capital and human capital, physical capital and social capital, holding that ecological capital stock could be increased and ecological environment protected by operating ecological capital effectively and replacing and transforming related capital.
