Objective To study the application of virtual reality （VR） technology in digital human dataset. Methods Based on the 3D visualization models of virtual Chinese human-female （VCH-F） and a virtual reality integration software, an anatomy education system was developed. Results A 3D atlas and a roaming system of virtual operating room were developed. Conclusion VR can enhance the visualization of 3D models and has a powerful interaction. VR can enlarge the application of this dataset.
