Telecommunication enterprises are holding massive customers' data and should convert it to competitive advantage in order to maximize customer profitability. Based on the CRISP- DM (Cross - Industry Standard Process for Data Mining) methodology, this paper discusses how to apply cluster analysis in subdividing telecommunication market and how to set up clustering model of telecommunication customers by Clementine ac- cording to customers' data. This model can divide the telecommunication market effectively.
