基于准相位匹配铌酸锂波导的波长转换,分析了采用脉冲泵浦的方法提高泵浦带宽容限的机理.研究表明:窄脉冲的频带内包含有大量的频谱分量,这些谱分量可以通过倍频效应和和频效应两种机制产生0.8μm波段的光场,使泵浦带宽容限得到了改善.理论计算和实验都证明了在40GHz的ps级脉冲泵浦的波长转换时,-3dB泵浦带宽容限提高到大约3nm.
Based on periodically poled lithium niobate waveguide with pulse pumping, theoreticat research on the mechanism of improving pump-wavelength tolerance in wavelength conversion was presented. The narrow pulse possesses a broad frequency bandwidth and the all the frequency components can be involved in the second nonlinear interactions through SHG and SFG. So the QMP condition is easy to be satisfied and the pump tolerance is greatly improved. 3 nm of -3 dB pump-bandwidth can be attained in wavelength conversion pumping with picosecond pulses at a repetition rate of 40 GHz in the experiments.
