在阐明高校生态位内涵的基础上,根据高校的“态”“势”属性,将高校生态位解剖为生存力、发展力、竞争力三个层面及其相应的七个维度:教学能力、科研能力、社会服务能力、界面管理能力、战略管理能力、资源整合能力、学习创新能力,建立了高校生态位评价指标体系,提出了高校生态位综合评价方法,并进行了实证分析。
Based on explaining its meaning, according to the attribute about colleges" "ecostate" and "ecorole", the niche of colleges and universities was divided into three layers: the living force, the developing force, and the competition force, and was also anatomized into seven corresponding dimensions: the ability of teaching, the ability of research, the ability of social service, the ability of interface management, the ability of strategic management, the ability of resources management and the ability of learning innovation. An index system to estimate the niche of colleges and universities was set up. In addition, a comprehensive method was put forward for estimating the niche. At last, an example was also presented to illustrate the validity of the proposed method.
