为提高高速直线感应电机动子的应急制动保护能力,首先比较了几种被动式吸能结构的优缺点,并结合动子的具体结构和制动要求,选取蜂窝作为紧急制动装置的吸能元件;然后,在系统研究蜂窝的结构和吸能特性、主要指标的基础上,提出了蜂窝选型与紧急制动装置设计的方法;最后,进行了实例设计和验证试验。研究结果表明:蜂窝适合用于制作动子紧急制动装置,该设计方法合理可行。
In order to improve the protective ability of emergency brake of high speed linear induction motor armature, the advantages and disadvantages of several passive energy absorbing structures are compared firstly, and the honeycomb is selected as energy absorption component of the emergency brake system with the consideration of the armature's structure and braking requirements. Then based on researching the specific structure, energy absorbing characteristics and key indicators of the honey- comb systematically, the selection of honeycomb and design method of emergency brake equipment are put forward. Finally, an example of the emergency brake systemrs design and its test validation are conducted. The research results show that the honeycomb is suitable for armature emergency brake system, and the design method is reasonable and feasible.
