为了研究竖直热载体加热器内陶瓷球颗粒的流动特性,设计制造了一套可视化流场试验装置。利用PIV技术,对直径为2mm的陶瓷球热载体在竖直管内的速度场进行了研究,并利用Tecplot对陶瓷球的涡量进行了局部涡量的提取,以研究陶瓷球涡量场分布特点和其局部特征。研究结果表明,陶瓷球颗粒的轴向速度分布近似呈抛物线状。在竖直管内不同挡板处,涡量场与速度场一样具有贴壁特征;同时内置挡板有利于增加陶瓷球与热烟气的换热时间和效率。
In order to study the flow characteristics of spherical ceramic particles in the vertical heat carrier heater, a set of transparent experimental apparatus was designed and fabricated. The velocity field distribution of ceramic balls flow was measured with Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV), the ceramic balls vortex were displayed and the local vorticity field was extracted using Tecplot for studying the distribution of the vorticity field of the ceramic balls and the local vorticity features. The results indicated that the axial velocity distribution of ceramic balls was a parabola-like curve along the radius. At different baffles, the ceramic balls vorticity field has characteristics of adherence; the existence of built-in baffles was advantageous to the increase of ceramic ball and hot flue gas heat time and efficiency.
