超临界水流化床反应器是应用于生物质气化制氢工程中的一种新型反应器,它避免了以往管式反应器容易出现结渣、堵管的不足,而且还具有床内升温迅速、生物质气化充分以及产氢率高等优点。由于采用超临界水作为流化工质,传统流化床的设计方法已经不能满足设计要求。本文基于欧拉双流体模型对超临界水流化床加料方式进行了数值模拟研究,建立了最优加料口结构评价方法,分析了加料口结构、加料速度比以及初始床层高度对超临界水流化床颗粒分布的影响。本文研究进一步完善了超临界水流化床的设计理论。
SCWFBR(Supercritical Water Fluidized Bed Reactor)is a new concept for hydrogen production by biomass gasification,which can effectively prevent the reactor plugging and improve the biomass gasification efficiency.Feeding pipe,which is a necessary component for biomass continuous gasification,has great effect upon solid particles distribution and gasification process in SCWFBR.A reasonable evaluation criterion was determined for optimization design of feeding pipe mouth structures in the paper.Influences of feeding mode and operating methods on solid particles distribution were studied by numerical simulation.The purpose was to provide reference for the development of SCWFBR design theory.
