针对数控系统的售后服务与技术支持问题,提出基于Internet的数控设备E-维护系统,系统由数控设备E-服务平台、嵌入式数控设备网关和远程数控终端三部分组成。数控设备E-服务平台为分布在不同地域的设备、数控车间维护工程师、制造企业技术工程师和远程的诊断维护专家提供了面向网络协作的信息共享平台,它通过Internet向客户提供技术支持与服务。嵌入式数控设备网关用于公用网络和数控车间网络之间的协议交换,负责采集机床实时运行信息、视频信息和传感器信息,并将信息传送到E-服务平台和远程数控终端供诊断分析。远程数控终端运行在Internet上的任何PC机上,采用基于Web的方式远程监控数控设备,提供了面向数控设备的可重构远程操作面板和机床特征信号分析软件。面向数控设备的E-维护系统以“数据移动”代替“人员移动”,有效减少系统停机时间和维护响应时间,客户通过E-服务平台获得快速和高质量的产品售后服务。
A new architecture of web based E--maintenance system was proposed, which consisted of E--maintenance platform, embedded CNC gateway and remote CNC terminal. E--maintenance centre provided the technical support and service for customers over the internet and constructed a cooperation platform among associated areas, sharable information resources and integration of the existing advanced technologies. Embedded CNC gateway served as an agent between public and plant device network and provided protocol transform function between remote terminal and CNC device. Remote CNC terminal provided reconfigurable device signal measurement and analysis tools that were built on the top of component and software bus based models. E--maintenance system replaces the movement of CNC information with maintenance engineers to decrease the down--time and the responding time of repair work, and customer can quickly receive high quality service after sale.
