在农村劳动力迁移对经济影响评估的研究中,农村劳动力迁移的影响分析,有助于更好的政策调整。农村劳动力的迁移对本地经济的影响是一个长期的,多角度、多因素影响的过程。不同年龄、不同学历、不同时间的迁移条件都会对当地经济形成非常复杂的影响。传统的评估模型在参数的选取过程中,面临多参数选取问题,一旦参数过多,会造成参数之间的矛盾,影响模型的准确性和稳定性,导致估计的精确度较低。提出一种基于灰色动态模型算法的农村劳动力迁移对经济影响分析方法。对实际经济影响数值进行归一化处理,利用灰色动态模型GM（1,1）建立经济影响模型,能够获取其灰色变化影响规律,将每一个农村劳动力都作为一种粒子,并进行训练,最终实现了对经济影响的准确评估。实验结果表明,利用改进算法进行农村劳动力迁移对经济影响评估,能够获取的准确的评估结果。

英文摘要：

Among the researches on the influences of rural labor migration on economy, the analyses of the effects of rural labor migration helps to adjust policy better. The impact of rural labor migration on the local economy is a process of long - term, multi - angle and multi - factor. The migration condition of different age, education and time have very complex impact on the local economy. A method for analyzing the impact of rural labor migration on econo- my was proposed based on grey dynamic model algorithm. The value of impact on real economy was normalized, and the grey dynamic model GM （1.1） was adopted to set up the economy impacted model. Then, the influence law of gray changes was obtained. Each rural labor force was regarded as a particle to train, so as to realize the accurate es- timation of the impact on economy. The experimental results show that using the improved algorithm for estimating the impact of rural labor migration on economy can obtain the accurate evaluation results.
