合作创新主要是指企业在与其创新资源和能力有一定互补性的机构进行合作的过程中,通过整合分散分布的资源和能力来提升创新绩效的一种创新模式。合作创新既是一个前沿理论问题,又是一个重要的现实问题。为了更好地借鉴西方合作创新的研究成果,本文从合作创新模式演进、影响因素和绩效效应等方面,对西方现有的合作创新研究成果进行了比较系统的述评,最后针对现有研究仍存在的问题,对未来相关研究进行了展望。
英文摘要：
Collaborative innovation is defined as an innovation model with the increase in innovation performance through the integration of dispersedly distributed resources and capabilities in the process of collaboration with firms which have complementary resources and capabilities.It is a frontier theoretical issue as well as an important practical issue.In order to draw lessons from the achievements of western collaborative innovation research,this paper systematically reviews western literature of collaborative innovation in aspects such as mode evolution,influencing factors and performance effects.Finally it points out the directions in future research in view of the problems existing in current research.
