目的探讨募穴在临床诊断中的应用与作用意义。方法检索中国期刊全文数据库中关于募穴物理性质的现代研究文献,通过文献计量学方法统计分析纳入文献所涉及的募穴与其物理性质及其在不同系统疾病中的应用情况。结果共纳入文献26篇,涉及9个募穴,包括中府、巨阙、期门、膻中4个脏募穴和中脘、日月、天枢、中极、关元5个腑募穴。物理特性以热学特性文献最多(13篇,50.00%),主要涉及中脘、中府、天枢等穴位以及支气管哮喘、原发性痛经等疾病;光学特性的文献8篇(30.77%),主要涉及期门、膻中等穴位以及乳腺增生等疾病;电学特性的文献4篇(15.38%),主要涉及关元、中极等穴位以及原发性痛经等疾病;阳性反应的文献3篇(11.54%),主要涉及中脘穴和心脏疾病。结论募穴有反映相关脏腑疾病的特性,其物理特性的改变对疾病的诊断具有价值。
Objective To explore the application and significance of front-mu point in clinical diagnosis.Methods Modern research papers on the physical property of front-mu point were reviewed in China Academic Journal Full-text Database. Front-mu points,the physical property and the application to diseases of different systems,which were mentioned in papers included,were calculated and analyzed by literature metrology methods. Results Totally,26 papers were included,with 9 front-mu points,including 4 Zang-viscera front-mu points of Zhongfu( LU1),Juque( RN14),Qimen( LR14) and Dhozhong( RN17),as well as 5 Fu-viscera front-mu points of Zhongwan( RN12),Riyue( GB24),Tianshu( ST25),Zhongji( RN3) and Guanyuan( RN4). As for physical property,papers on thermal characteristic were the most( 13 papers,50. 00%),mainly involving Zhongwan( RN12),Zhongfu( LU1) and Tianshu( ST25),as well as bronchial asthma,primary dysmerrhea,etc. Papers on optical characteristics were 8( 30. 77%),mainly involving Qimen( LR14) and Danzhong( RN17),as well as hyperplasia of mammary glands,etc. Papers on electrical property were 4( 15. 38%),mainly involving Guanyuan( RN4) and Zhongji( RN3),as well as primary dysmerrhea,etc. Papers on positive reaction were 3( 11. 54%),mainly involving Zhongwan( RN12) and heart diseases. Conclusion Front-mu points might have the characteristic of reflecting diseases of related Zang-fu viscera. The changes of physical property might have value in the diagnosis of diseases.
