[目的]探讨IMB理论模式结合电话短信健康教育对社区老年高血压病病人自我效能水平影响。[方法]采用便利抽样的方式,选取社区90例符合条件的老年高血压病病人,随机分为干预组(45例)与对照组(45例)。干预组实施基于IMB模型的电话短信教育干预方案,对照组实施普通电话短信教育干预方案,干预时间均为5个月,在干预前及干预第1个月、第3个月、第5个月应用高血压自我效能问卷进行评价。[结果]干预后干预组与对照组自我效能水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且干预组效果优于对照组。[结论]基于IMB模型的电话短信教育可提高社区老年高血压病病人的自我效能水平,且明显优于单纯的电话短信教育。
Objective:To probe into influence of the theory of Information - Motivation - Behavioral(IMB) skills model combined with telephone and short message education on self - efficacy of community elderly patients with hypertension. Methods: The convenience sampling method was used,a total of 90 elderly patients with community hypertension were randomly divided into intervention group(45 cases) and control group(45 cases). The patients in intervention group implemented the telephone and SMS education based on IMB model intervention programs,while the patients in control group implemented ordinary telephone and SMS education as intervention,the period of intervention lasted for 5 months in both groups. Hypertension Self-E fficacy Questionnairewas used to investigate the patients before the intervention, at the first month,third month,and fifen month.
