In view of the problems of production stimulation and stability in lowest penetrated hydrocarbon reservoir exploited by Changqing oilfields, a large quantity of study and worksite tests have been carried out. Then the basic technological regulations of production stimulation and stability in lowest penetrated oil fields, which take the steering fracture in the seam as the dominant part, have been established, companied with the key methods of quality control over the effect of production and injection stimulations. Based on the above, the paper presents the orientation of further development about the technology intention of fracturing stable production in the lowest penetrated hydrocarbon reservoir of Changqing oilfields.
