采用熔融聚合的方法制得聚酰胺后配成水溶液,加入环氧氯丙烷进行烷基化,得到深部调剖剂PAER。通过对调剖剂的固含量、pH值、温度等因素的研究,确定其使用条件为固含量12%、pH值为8、温度范围为30~60℃。调剖剂成胶过程中的黏度变化表明调剖剂的注入性良好。在固含量为12%、pH值为8、温度60℃下,岩心流动实验结果表明其对高渗透率岩心的封堵率在91%以上,突破压力梯度在9.5 MPa/m以上,剖面改善率可达到91%。图4表1参8
Polyamide-epichlorohydrin resin(PAER) was perpared by the reaction of epichlorohydrin and polyamide obtained by melting condensation polymerization.Based on the investigation of influences of the major factors,such as solid content,pH,temperature,on the gelling time of PAER,the appropriate applied condition was as follows:solid content was 12%,pH was about 8,temperature was from 30℃ to 60℃.The trend of the change of apparent viscosity during the gelling process,indicated that the injectivity was good.Under the conditions of polymer solid content 12%,pH about 8,temperature about 60℃,core flow experiment indicated that the blocking rate of the core with high permeability was more than 91%,the breakthrough pressure of the core was more than 9.5 MPa/m,and the modification rate of water profile could be up to 91%.
