为解决输电线路状态评价参数体系中参量种类繁多、体系结构复杂的问题,提出了一种基于关联规则和主成分分析的关键参数体系构建方法。该方法首先建立参量较为全面的基础参数体系,并结合某网公司的线路运维数据通过关联规则的置信度将基础参量量化,最后用主成分分析法计算各参量的权重,以此作为依据提取关键参量,形成关键参数体系。通过电网公司某线路整一年的实际巡视、试验数据进行验证,使用关键参数体系的评价结果与现有国网、南网导则的评价结果一致,并基本符合线路实际情况。算例结果表明,所建立的关键参数体系是有效的,为线路状态评估提供了新的思路,具有一定的实用价值。
To deal with the problem that the parameter system representing the transmission line is complex due to containing the large scale of parameters, we proposed a method by association rules and principal component analysis to establish a key parameter system. Firstly, we established the basic parameter system including a variety of parameters. Then, we used the confidence level of association rules to quantify the basic parameters according to the statistics of transmission lines in a certain power supply company. Finally, we used the principal component analysis to calculate the weight of each parameter and extract the key parameters in terms of the weights. The validity of the key parameter system is verified through the data collected from one transmission line. The evaluation results of the key parameter system from the data of State Grid and South Grid are consistent with the real situation. The results show that the key parameter system is valid and practical, which provides a novel idea for the condition evaluation of transmission line.
