英文摘要：

A concept of type-2 intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy number is proposed, its operational laws are developed based on the type-2 intuitionistic fuzzy set and the intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy number, and some properties of its operational laws are proved. Furthermore, some aggregation operators of the type-2 intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy number as well as their properties are proposed. Then, the type- 2 intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy hybrid aggregation （T2ITrFHA） operator and the type-2 intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy hybrid geometric （T2ITrFHG） operator are applied to address group decision making problems and a method for multi-criteria group decision making based on the combination of the T2ITrFHG operator and the T2ITrFHG operator is developed. Finally, a practical example is given to show the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed approach.
