针对质量屋构建中顾客需求满意评价信息缺乏稳健性的问题,提出基于互补模糊偏好的顾客需求竞争优先度确定的模糊多目标规划模型,并通过获取竞争优先序以确定改进方向。该方法首先对顾客需求的综合模糊满意评价信息进行规范化的处理;其次,根据规范化的顾客需求的综合模糊满意评价信息和表征企业顾客需求竞争力的模糊互补判断评价信息,利用偏差函数最小化原理建立一个多目标规划模型,进而通过模型的恰当转化以确定顾客需求的竞争优先度。通过某型号投影仪产品的开发实例阐释了文中方法的可行性及有效性。
Comprehensive satisfaction evaluation information of customer requirements(CRs) in building house of quality is lack of robustness,a fuzzy multi-objective programming model(FMOPM) to determine competitive priorities of CRs was proposed based on fuzzy complementary preference. By solving the proposed model, the competitive priorities of CRs were obtained to determine the improvement directions of CRs. Firstly, fuzzy comprehensive satisfaction evaluations of CRs were standardized. Secondly, according to a standardized fuzzy comprehensive satisfaction evaluation matrix and a fuzzy complementary judgment matrix provided by each one of selected customers, a multi-objective programming model was established by using a principle of minimizing a total deviation. Finally, the model was properly transformed to determine the competitive priorities of CRs. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed approach was illustrated by a case of projector products.
