提出了一种改进型的过冷水制流态冰的方法(蒸发式过冷水制流态冰):水在低含湿量的空气中喷淋并蒸发降温到过冷状态;利用溶液除湿循环与制冷循环联合运行来保持蒸发过冷时空气的适宜温度与湿度;制冷循环的冷凝放热被回收利用于驱动溶液除湿循环.该法不仅避免了传统过冷水制流态冰的管内冻结堵塞的问题,而且可通过对内部废热的运用降低对电能的依赖从而提高了运行效率.在系统的各部分进行建模的基础上进行了热力学性能分析,结果表明,在一定的工况下,与传统过冷水制流态冰的方法相比,该方法的制冰性能系数更高,最多可提高98%.
This paper proposes an idea to improve the conventional ice-slurry producing method by changing the present super-cooled water pattern to an evaporative style: spray and evaporate the water in an environment of low humidity and make it super-cooled. A liquid-dehumidification cycle and a refrigeration cycle make joint effort to maintain the appropriate temperature and humidity of the air for evaporation super-cooling process, while the rejecting heat from the condenser in the refrigeration cycle fuels the liquid-dehumidification cycle. This new method can not only avoid the disturbance from the blocking problem, but also cut down the heavy dependence on the electric power. Thermodynamic analysis was made with the established models about such a system. The calculation results indicate that this method could greatly improve the efficiency for producing ice-slurry, which could be enhanced by as much as 98 % in certain working conditions.
