介绍了蒸发过冷水制冰原理及系统流程,分析了相应的蒸发制冷循环,对单位质量(1kg)干空气制冰量性能及影响因素进行了研究并建立了相关数学模型,计算结果显示,水的初始温度越高单位质量干空气制冰量越低,而单位质量干空气制冰量相同时水温越高对应的蒸发水量则越大,同时随着空气出口相对湿度增大,单位质量干空气制冰量也随之增加。另外,在理想工况下单位质量干空气的制冰量理论最大值可达28.3 g。
The principle and system process of ice making with evaporative super-cooled water method was detailed description,a corresponding evaporative freezing cycle was analyzed at same time.To study ice production capacity per unit mass dry air,a related mathematical model was proposed.The numerical results show that lower initial temperature of water can increase the ice production capacity per unit mass dry air.However,the higher initial temperature of water will need more evaporation amount of water in order to obtain the same ice production capacity per unit mass dry air.Additionally,the ice production capacity per unit mass dry air will be improved by increasing the relativity humidity of air,which is in the outlet position of ice making room.Numerical results also show that the novel ice making system can produce 28.3 g ice with 1 kg dry air in ideal conditions.
