通过对现有空调系统常规空气处理方法的深入分析,从节能角度提出了一种新型的空调系统空气处理思想和方法——热湿分段处理方法,详细分析了热湿分段处理方法的原理和过程,并通过建立数学模型对该方法在空调系统中应用的节能潜力进行分析。结果表明:该方法相对于常规空气处理方法,在出风温度为16℃时,冷水机组COP提高达9.14%以上,具有较大的节能潜力。
After deeply analysis of common air cooling process, stepped heat load dealing process, a novel air cooling method for air-conditioning systems is introduced. The principle and technological process of this method is detailed described. The energy-saving potential of air-conditioning systems using this method is analyzed by simulation model. It is shown that the COP of water chillers increase by 9.14% compared with common air cooling process, when the outlet air temperature is 16℃. As the conelusion, stepped heat load dealing process can create big energy-saving potential for air-conditioning systems.
