广东电网的调峰压力日益严峻,分析并利用需求侧响应能力成为解决这一难题的重要途径。综合弩虑传统需求侧管理、基于智能表计的用户互动及电动汽车并网运行,归纳总结出广东电网需求侧响应能力的潜往来源:从负荷整形、用户节能及低碳减排3个方面剖析需求侧响应对现有用电特性的影响,建立了支撑整体研究框架的数学模型;采用分场景对比测算的思路,结合广东电网“十二五”、“十三五”发展远景.针对其需求侧响应潜力做出了定量的评估分析。
The pressure of peak regulation in Guangdong power grid is increased rapidly. Analysis and utilization of demand-side response capacity (DSRC) is an important approach to tackle this problem. The three sources of DSRC, namely traditional DSM, consumer interaction using sma~ meters and electric vehicles penetration, are summarized. The influences of DSRC on load features are systematically analyzed in terms of load shaping, energy conservation and carbon-emission reduction. A multi-scenario calculation and comparison method is discussed using proposed mathematical model. Based on expectation in "12th-5" and "13th-5" plans, a quantitative assessment on DSRC of Guangdong power grid is performed.
