蒙脱石具有良好的可改造性,其加工产物具有优良的理化性能,这都取决于蒙脱石结构的特珠性及其优良的阳离子交换性。从蒙脱石层间域具有可改造性出发,揭示了蒙脱石层间域具有可改造性的本质。结合钠化、有机化、插层化合物、原位聚合反应及纳米化处理的试验研究,讨论了层间域可改造的几种主要方式和类型、层间物改造后层间域的变化及国内外相关研究的进展。将蒙脱石钠化、有机化、无机化合物柱撑、有机聚合插层处理等上升为蒙脱石层间域的可改造性研究具有重要的理论和实际意义。
Montmorillonite has well alterability and its processeing products have fine physicochemical properties which depend on the particularity and the fine cation exchange performance of montmorillonite structure. It is revealed that the montmorillonite interlayer space has the essence of alterability based on the alterability of montmoril lonite interlayer space. It is discussed that some main methods and types of interlayer transformed and the research progress at home and abroad and change of interlayer after the interlayer thing alteration combined with the experimental studied on sodium modification, organification, intercalation compound, situ anionic polymerization and nanometer treatment. It has the important theoretic and practical meaning that the research is developed from sodium modification, organification, pillared by inorganic compound, intercalation treatment by organic polymer and so on to the study about the montmorillonite interlayer reconstruct.
