为提高蛭石的阳离子交换容量,以新疆蛭石为原料,通过液相离子交换法,用Na2CO3对其进行钠化改性处理。分析了矿浆浓度、反应温度、反应时间、Na2CO3浓度等因素对阳离子交换容量的影响,探讨了蛭石层间阳离子的交换特征,结果表明:当矿浆浓度为15%、反应温度为80℃、时间控制在24h、Na2CO3浓度为1.5mol/L时,钠型蛭石具有最大的阳离子交换容量0.92mmol/g:Na2CO3改性后新疆蛭石的阳离子交换容量和在水溶液中分散性均有显著提高?
Focused on how to improve vermiculite's cations exchange capacity (CEC), the vermiculite which from Xinjiang was modified with the solution of Na2CO3. the cation exchange character (CEC) of vermiculite also was discussed. The effects of the factors such as pulp density, reaction temperature, reaction time and concentration of Na2CO3 on the Xinjiang vermiculite's CEC were investigated. The experimental results showed that the best experiment conditions was pulp density 15% ;the temperature 80℃ ;reaction time 24 h; Na2CO3 concentration 1.5 mol/L, at which vermiculite's CEC could reach 0.92 mmol/g. After modified with Na2CO3, both of the vermiculite's CEC and its dispersibility in aqueous solution increased observably.
