英文摘要：
To improve management for information resources and knowledge resources in enterprises, the definition and connotations of enterprise information-oriented management were put forward. According to the five functions of enterprise management, the major contents of planning, organization, control, command, and coordination for enterprise information-oriented management were discussed in detail. The strategy content framework was pro- posed, and the contents of the framework were introduced as well. Finally, a maturity model for information-orien- ted management was provided, which could he used as a reference to evaluate information-oriented management standards.
