针对工作流软件在文档处理方面的柔性不足，提出一套灵活的文档工作流设计。系统从文档的分类、版本管理、存储结构等角度，规范了文档管理在工作流系统中的应用。给出了文档管理整体实现架构和案例验证，从而将工作流系统中的文档管理功能丰富为一个完整而灵活的系统模块，填补了工作流管理系统在文档处理功能方面的缺陷，增强了工作流系统文档的柔性处理能力。

A general document management method is proposed, according to some shortages in document processing. This method standardizes the application on workflow document management system from respects of document classification, version management, storing method and so on. Then the document management general structure and experiences on project are provided, which make the document management a whole function module and improves the ability of processing the workflow documents in flexible way.
