The paper discusses the network optimization method of integrated multi- mode and multi-level transit system.By using bi-level programming model,integrated transit network has been designed.Then it determines the optimal route set through genetic algorithms （GA） and route programming model.Based on the analysis of transit network,it identifies the network distribution.Finally,the examples and comparative analysis of the scenarios is carried out and better optimization results are obtained.
