光合作用是高等植物从外界环境获取能量的惟一途径,是高等植物进行生命活动的基础,也是整个生物界赖以生存的基础,所以对光合作用的研究有着非常重要的意义。叶绿素荧光技术被称作光合作用的研究探针,具有快速、无损伤、方便快捷等优点,所以应用叶绿素荧光技术来研究光合作用是最佳选择。近年来,随着叶绿素荧光技术的日趋成熟,如激光诱导荧光和叶绿素荧光成像技术等的应用,叶绿素荧光技术在植物的光合作用以及植物的逆境、胁迫、病理等方面的研究日益深入;在果实的品质数量评估方面也有应用,甚至一部分已经在自动化园艺产业生产中得到应用。介绍了国内外关于叶绿素荧光技术在园艺方面的科研成果及应用,并讨论了目前叶绿素荧光技术发展的不足之处。
The study of photosynthesis has an important significance because it is the only way that the higher plants harvest energy from the environment, which is the foundation for biological subsistence. Chlorophyll fluorescence technology called as photosynthesis research probe having advantages of rapidity, no damage and convenience is used as the first choice of the photosynthesis research. In recent years chlorophyll fluorescence technology has become more and more mature. The applica- tions of fluorescence induced by laser and chlorophyll fluorescence imaging technology in studing plant photosynthesis, plant adversity, stress and the pathology has become increasingly deep. The chlorophyll fluorescence technology has been used to e- valuate the quality and number of fruit per flower and taken as a part of the automation horticulture industry production. This paper introduces the application of chlorophyll fluorescence technology in horticulture at domestic and abroad. The develop- ment and the deficiencies of chlorophyll fluorescence technology are discussed.
