农用拖拉机运行环境恶劣,在众多的运行部件中,受参数变化较大的控制对象是柴油机泵的燃料调节伺服机构。为此,对基于H∞控制的拖拉机柴油机燃料喷射泵控制进行了设计。该控制系统使用螺线管线圈来控制燃料调节机构的溢流口位置,由于含有线性螺线管线圈的伺服机构被浸在燃料油中,随着温度的变化,燃料油的粘性也发生变化,因而这种控制系统的参数变化较大。采用仿真手段得到854B型四轮拖拉机柴油机泵的燃料调节模型,把H∞控制理论应用到该型号柴油机泵的燃料调节机构,设计相应的鲁棒控制系统,以克服参数变化带来的影响。
Diesel engine fuel pump servo regulator is a larger factor by changing the parameters of tractor. The control system uses solenoid coils to control the fuel regulator location of the overflow population. Containing linear servo solenoid coil is immersed in oil,with the temperature changes the viscosity of fuel oil also changed,so this control system for a larger parameter changes. In this paper,H∞ control theory is applied to diesel engine fuel pump regulator agencies,design the corresponding robust control system to overcome the impact of parameter changes.
