目的研究滤泡树突状细胞(FDC)及相关细胞标志物在淋巴结中的分布。方法用HE染色方法和免疫组织化学方法检测正常淋巴结中FDC、CD20^+胞、趋化因子受体CXCR4^+胞、CD38^+胞的分布情况。结果正常淋巴结被膜下分布着多个生发中-22,其内可见FDC网络,与CD20^+B细胞分布-致;CXCR4^+细胞、CD38^+细胞主要分布在生发中心帽区,在生发中心明区和淋巴小结间区亦有少量表达。结论FDC网络周围分布着大量CXCR4^+细胞、CD38^+细胞,这种分布形式为人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染、复制等提供了便利条件,与HIV致病机制密切相关,应成为HIV感染的主要研究靶点。
Objective To investigate the distribution of follicular dentritic cells ( FDC ) and related cell makers in the lymph node. Methods HE-staining and immunohistochemical staining were performed to study the distribution of follicular dentritic cells,CD20^+ cells, chemokine receptor CXCR4^+ cells and CD38^+ cells in normal lymph nodes. Results Many germinal centers were observed under lymph node capsule,in which FDC networks were found with the same distribution of CD20^+B cells;most of CXCR4^+ cells and CD38^+cells distributed in the cap of germinal center, and minority of these cells located in the light zone of germinal center and intermediate zone of lymphoid nodule. Conclusion There are lots of CXCR4^+ cells and CD38^+ cells around FDC networks, which facilitate infection and replication of HIV. The distribution of FDCs in lymph node is closely related to HIV pathogenesis and should become the main research target on HIV infection.
