纳米羟基磷灰石/聚合物复合材料在骨组织工程中得到广泛应用,但是纳米羟基磷灰石与聚合物的相容性非常差,在使用过程中易出现相分离现象,限制了其应用。通过在纳米羟基磷灰石表面接枝有机高分子,可以改变其表面性质、有效地改善HA与聚合物的相容性,从而提高复合材料的性能。文中综述了最近几年纳米羟基磷灰石表面改性的相关研究,着重对纳米羟基磷灰石表面接枝聚合物的相关反应方法(开环聚合、自由基聚合、缩合反应等)进行介绍。
Nano-hydroxyapatite(HA)/polymer composites are widely used in bone tissue engineering,however,the phase compatibility between hydroxyapatite and polymer is poor,which always results in phase separation phenomena,and thus limites its application.It is an effective way to tune the surface properties of HA and enhance its compatibility with polymer matrix by grafting organic polymers on the surface of HA nanoparticles,and so properties of HA/polymer composites are improved a lot.Researches on the surface modification of hydroxyapatite during the recent years were reviewed in this article,and the emphasis was placed on the chemical reaction methods(ring opening polymerization,free radical polymerization,condensation reaction and so on) about grafting of polymers on the surface of hydroxyapatite nanoparticles.
