针对现阶段变电站手持式红外监测的弊端以及电力系统智能化发展的需求,研究并开发了变电站电力设备红外智能巡检、诊断与高效预警系统。设计了红外智能巡检系统的整体软硬件结构,构建了电力设备温度测量传感器模型,研制出了适合变电站电力设备的红外智能巡检终端。基于智能系统网络通讯技术的研究,提出了电力设备红外智能巡检与多系统多平台横向集成架构,结合智能巡检策略与电力设备温度检测频率,实现了信息系统的集成应用开发。
An infrared intelligent inspection, diagnosis and efficient early warning system for electrical equipment in substation is developed aiming at the disadvantages of hand - held infrared monitoring in substation and the intellectualization development requirements of power system. The integral structure of software and hardware for the infrared intelligent inspection system is designed, the model of temperature measurement sensor of electrical equipment is constructed, and the terminal of infrared intelligent inspection for electrical equipment in substation is developed. The horizontal integrated structure of multi - platform and infrared intelligent inspection of electrical equipment is put forward based on the research of network communication technology of intelligent system. The integrated application development of information system is realized combined with the intelligent inspection strategy and the temperature detection frequency of electrical equipment.
