受制于风电出力时变特性与在线电网资产(电源与电网)改变的滞后性等因素,高穿透功率并网风电难以有效消纳。针对这一问题,提出了一种通过优化风电平衡区域电网来提高风电消纳能力的方法。把风电出力视为负值负荷,并与风电平衡区域电网负荷进行叠加得到广义电力负荷。另外,还提出了基于电源约束的可消纳负荷的特征参数,进一步建立了评估风电平衡区域电网中的负荷及其对应的广义电力负荷差异的主导特征指标及其数学模型。基于此,进一步提出了以提高消纳能力为目标的风电平衡区域电网范围划分方法。最后对某地区电网风电出力与负荷数据进行编程计算,验证了所提方法的正确性。
Restricted by such factors as the time-varying characteristics of wind power output, the hysteretic nature of the varying of on-line power grid assets and so on, it is hard to accommodate the grid-connected high penetrating wind power output. In allusion to this problem, a method, which can improve the wind power accommodation by optimize the regional balance of wind power, is proposed. Regarding wind power output as the negative load and superposing it with the load in the regional balance of wind power, a generalized power load is obtained. Besides, the power constraint based characteristic parameters of the load that is able to accommodate are put forward, and the dominant characteristic index to evaluate the difference between the load in the regional balance of wind power and corresponding generalized power load and its mathematical model are further established. On this basis, a method to partition the regional power network with balance of wind power, in which the improvement of wind power accommodation is taken as the objective, is given. Finally, the programming, analysis and computation of wind power output in a certain regional power network are carried out to validate the correctness of the proposed method.
