采用溶胶一凝胶法合成NASICON固体电解质材料,并以其为基体材料制作管式S02传感器,敏感电极采用NazSO3-30%BaSOt或者Na2SO4-30%BaSO4(摩尔比)复合硫酸盐。SO2浓度在(10~100)×10^-6体积分数范围内,两种器件的灵敏度分别为81.1和60.6mV/decade。敏感电极为Na2SO3-30%BaSO4的元件响应和恢复时间分别为28.2S和57.7S;敏感电极为Na2SO4-30%BaSO4的元件响应和恢复时间分别为39.8s和67.4s。
NASICON solid-electrolyte can be synthesized by sol-gel method. The tube-type SO2 sensor based on NASICON is fabricated with Na2SO3-30%BaSO4 or Na2SO4-30%BaSO4 (molar ratio) sensing electrode. Within a range of SO2 volume ratio concentration from 10 × 10^-6 to 100× 10^-6 , the sensi- tivities are 81. 1 and 60. 6mV/decade, respectively. The response and recovery time of sensor with Na2SO3-30%BaSO4 sensing electrode are 28. 2 and 57. 7s, which are 39.8 and 67. 4s for the sensor with Na2 SO4-30% BaSO4.
