以溶胶-凝胶法制备SnO2和In2O3纳米晶粉体,以沉淀法制备WO3粉体材料。经过掺杂及表面修饰技术研制出对低浓度乙烯、乙醇、H2S有较高灵敏度、较好选择性和较快响应恢复特性的旁热式管式元件。用制得的三种元件对草莓和香蕉的存储过程进行测试,发现在水果存储过程中,各种气体在不同阶段释放的量是不同的,为水果的成熟度测试仪器的研究创造了条件。
SnO2 and In2O3 nano-crystal powders were prepared with sol-gel method, and WO3 powdery mate- rials by precipitation method. Tiny tubular sensors are made by using doping and surface modification technology to give testament with quite high sensitivity, good selectivity and fast response-recovery to low-consistence ethylene, ethanol and H2S. Three newly prepared sensors are used to test strawberries and bananas during the process of storing. It is found that during the store, the release amounts of various gases in different phrases are different, that provides precondition for the study of instruments used to test the maturity of fruits.
