虚拟化技术使云计算中形成了各种各样的资源池,这对于用户来说资源可以按需分配、动态扩展和配置,但对于管理员来说资源的管理和分配变得复杂和困难。因此如何实现资源合理分配和负载均衡成为研究的热点。为此提出了任务调度的负载均衡优化模型,并采用改进的遗传算法(IGA)来求解。最后通过与遗传算法(GA)和Min-Min算法进行仿真对比实验,结果证明了IGA算法在计算资源负载均衡方面表现较优。
Virtualization technology forms a variety of resources pools in cloud computing, and the resources can be allocated on demand for users, and can be expanded and conifgured dynamically, but it makes the management and the allocation of the resources more complex and dififcult for administrators. Therefore, how to achieve the goals of fair allocation and load balancing of resources has become a hot spot of research. This paper is based on this background, proposes the load balancing optimization model based on task scheduling, and uses the improved genetic algorithm (IGA) to solve it. Finally, by making the comparing simulation experiment with the genetic algorithm (GA) and the Min-Min algorithm, the results prove that the IGA algorithm performs better on the load balancing of computing resource for the model of this paper.
